Each user is entitled to only one account on GBG5. Creating multiple accounts — whether through the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, including the freezing of any balances.

Withdrawals at gbg5 are processed exclusively to accounts and payment methods registered in the user's own name — the same ones used for the deposit wherever possible. The primary and preferred withdrawal method is Pix, processed within up to 10 minutes for fully verified accounts.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. gbg5 does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any banking fees are the responsibility of the user's financial institution.

Before approving a withdrawal, gbg5 may require the completion of the identity verification process (KYC). Withdrawals requested on weekends and public holidays may take slightly longer to process. For larger withdrawal amounts, gbg5 reserves the right to split the payment into multiple transfers, always notifying the user in advance.

Gbg5 offers Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores de América, Copa Sudamericana, Champions League, and other domestic and international competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, E-sports, and other sports available on the platform.

The minimum bet is R$ 1.00. There is no general maximum bet limit, but GBG5 reserves the right to set specific limits per market, event, or user without prior notice, in accordance with its risk management criteria.

Once confirmed by the system, a bet is final and cannot be canceled by the user, except when the cashout feature is available for that specific market. The cashout feature allows the user to settle a bet before the event ends, receiving an amount calculated by GBG5 based on the real-time odds at the moment of the request.

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned after it has started, any open bets will be settled according to the specific rules for each market. Bets placed on events cancelled before kick-off will be fully refunded to the user's balance. Live bets on events cancelled after they have started will be settled based on the score recorded at the time of interruption, in accordance with the rules of the sport in question.

GBG5 is not liable for odds errors caused by proven technical failures. In cases of clearly incorrect odds (for example, odds of 100.00 on a heavy favorite), GBG5 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the staked amount, notifying the user involved.

GBG5 offers regular bonuses and promotions to its users, including first-deposit bonuses, freebets, cashback, and special promotions tied to specific sporting events such as the Copa Libertadores, Brasileirão, and UFC. Each promotion has its own specific terms communicated at the time of launch.

The general conditions that apply to all GBG5 bonuses are:

• Minimum rollover of 5x (five times) on the total bonus amount plus the deposit, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Minimum odds of 1,50 for bets that count toward meeting the rollover requirement.
